Following the successful migration of its ecommerce storefront to Hyvä, Flooring Superstore partnered with Dev Team to transform the final stage of the customer journey: checkout.

The Brief

The objective wasn’t simply to replace existing functionality. It was to rethink the purchasing journey from the customer’s perspective, creating a faster, clearer, and more intuitive checkout that would reduce friction while providing a flexible foundation for future optimisation.
The Solution
Dev Team designed and implemented a completely new checkout experience using Hyvä Checkout.
The project combined modern frontend architecture with user-centred design principles, creating a checkout that is faster, easier to navigate, and significantly more flexible than the previous implementation.
Rather than designing for today’s requirements alone, the new checkout provides a platform for continuous improvement as customer behaviour evolves.
