In 2014, Ollie and Chris found themselves in Bahrain, navigating eCommerce projects with limited technical resources. Chris had the idea to leverage remote development in the Philippines, where the developer landscape is rich with Magento experts. This led to the creation of the first Magento development team.
The following year, Dev Team was born from the recognition of the untapped potential in the Philippines and the growing demand for tech resources in the UK.
After delivering one of the first, and most advanced custom-integrated B2B Magento 1 projects for Searchlight Electric, Dev Team achieved Magento Solution Partner status.
At the same time, Dev Team began working with agency partners on white-labelled rescue projects.
A decade later, Dev Team has expanded its capabilities to meet the needs of our partners. Beyond white-labels, we now take proud ownership of the projects we deliver and continue to foster more sustainable transparent relationships with our partners.
